Cant start a post....

I cant start a new post in anything in Guild Hall, Raids or Fellowships sections. When I select start new topic, the scoll down menu under forums doesnt even give me the option to post under these sections or there sub categories. Been like this forever but figured it be nice to post new topcs from time to time.

I havent been able to do those things as well. I end up just posting a reply to an already existing thread. I really would like to be able to post on Grimmac's forum.

still nothing

Still dont have Guild Hall, Raids, or Fellowships or there sub-categories in the drop down menu. Do have all other Forums and there sub-categories like main, tradeskill, expansions and such.
